A vacate clean (also called an end-of-lease clean) is a thorough, deep clean of a property, done when a tenant is moving out. The goal is to return the property to a condition that meets the landlord’s or real estate agent’s expectations for a bond return (in rental situations). Here’s what a standard vacate clean includes:
ALL LIVING AREAS/BEDROOMS
KITCHEN
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY

Please note - prices may slightly vary depending on a few key factors.

To get the best results from your end-of-lease clean, we strongly recommend removing all personal items and clearing surfaces of any remaining clutter.
If you've booked a vacate clean, the property must be completely empty of all furniture and belongings. This allows us to perform a thorough clean and ensures you're eligible for your bond back.
A fully empty property also means you won’t need to return after the clean, helping keep the home in perfect condition for inspection.
As mentioned above, for all vacate (end-of-lease) cleans, the property must be completely empty of furniture and personal belongings. This ensures we can access and thoroughly clean all areas of the home, which is essential for meeting the standards required by real estate agencies for the successful return of your bond.
The duration of an end-of-lease clean varies based on the size of your property and how much cleaning is needed. Instead of working on a fixed schedule, we focus on achieving thorough results that meet the strict requirements for bond refunds.
Because real estate inspections are very detailed, our cleaning covers every spot that will be inspected e.g. oven, cabinets, showers, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Homes with pets may require extra attention to address pet related areas.
This could typically take anywhere from 3 to 9 hours or more, depending on the property's size and condition.
For deep cleans, it's perfectly fine for your furniture to remain in the home. The service includes cleaning around and under accessible areas, doing our best to reach as much as possible while maintaining our high cleaning standards.
Please note: A deep clean is not the same as a vacate (end-of-lease) clean and is not designed to meet real estate requirements for bond returns. If you're moving out and need a bond clean, we recommend booking a vacate clean instead.
(Please refer back to the requirements for the vacate clean involving furniture).
We don’t currently offer steam or carpet cleaning as part of our services. However, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted third-party professional who specialises in this type of cleaning.
If you're booking a vacate clean, keep in mind that many real estate agencies require carpets to be professionally steam cleaned for bond return, so we recommend arranging this service separately for the best result.
Full internal/external window cleaning is not included as part of this service. However, we still ensure to wipe down accessible internal windows as part of the clean to keep things looking fresh.
Please note that while wall cleaning is not included in our end-of-lease service (as it usually requires specialised care), we may wipe down areas with visible dust or marks as part of the overall clean. However, a full wall clean is not part of the standard service.
